Have hands-on welding or fabrication experience

Can read drawings or follow fabrication plans

Care about safety, professionalism, and craftsmanship
Experience & Skills
Experience matters here. We’re especially interested in people who want to grow their skills and take ownership of their work. While not every role requires certification, applicants with the following are strongly preferred:
Field or mobile welding experience
Shop fabrication experience
Familiarity with construction, ski industry, or heavy equipment work
AWS certification is a plus
